TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Payment: 10% Non-refundable guarantee deposit upon confirmation, full payment on or before check out.

Cancellation and change of confirmed reservation dates fee charges:
50% of total room costs of reservation within 21 days prior to date of arrival.
100% of total room costs of reservation within 5 days prior to date of arrival.
100% of total room costs for no show on the date of arrival.
